If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program is for you.
Groups begin on October 2, 2024
Groups meet weekly for 6 weeks and will consist of 6 to 8 adults. iMove integrates principles of Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, sensory integration, yoga, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each group is geared towards making movement enjoyable through experiential and self-reflection practices.
