Clients’ Experiences

“My experience with Dr. Polonyi and EMDR has been incredible. I can truly say, it has provided the most therapeutic benefit of any therapy I have tried. While the “stream of consciousness” was at times intense, I felt a pronounced relief, or catharsis. I’m looking forward to continued sessions.”

“EMDR has truly helped to change my life significantly. EMDR allowed me to address a traumatic childhood memory in a safe setting and replace negative thoughts and beliefs with the truth.”
